1. Use of the Service

You may use Business Foundry to validate business ideas, generate AI-assisted analysis, and access related tools as described on our platform. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@businessfactory.ai if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Business Foundry offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Business). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, scoring, suggestions, and other content based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute business, financial, or legal advice.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation.
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all business data, project content, and information you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content or activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
• Resell or sublicence access to the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, frameworks, and AI models, is owned by Business Foundry and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from using it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Foundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. We will retain your data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
